All abstracts must be submitted in ENGLISH, the official language of the conference.
Abstract submissions via the Electronic Registry will be accepted 24 hours a day until the final deadline: Sunday, June 15, 2025, 11:59 PM CST (UTC-6).
Submit your paper early. System and website congestion may occur as the deadline approaches.
Submit each abstract only once. Duplicate submissions will be disregarded, and only the latest version will be considered.
Abstract quality is evaluated in a comprehensive manner. This includes content, information, spelling, presentation, structure, writing, and clarity.
Oral papers are to be presented by the lead author. In the event the lead author is unable to present, a co-author may do so, with prior notification required.
Upon submission, you will receive an email containing your folio number. Use this number to check the status of your abstract.
All communications regarding your abstract, including acceptance or rejection, will be via email. Please ensure your registered email address is accurate and current.
Notification of the Scientific Committee’s decision will be sent to the lead author by email, detailing the presentation format, date, time, location, and relevant instructions.
Participation certificates will be generated electronically, displaying the names of the lead author and co-authors as originally submitted. These names and their order cannot be changed.
The number of authors is LIMITED to a MAXIMUM of 6 (1 author and 5 co-authors). The lead author is responsible for the moral integrity and authenticity of the authors included in the abstract.
All decisions rendered by the Scientific Committee are definitive. Matters not explicitly covered by these guidelines will be resolved by the Scientific Committee during an extraordinary meeting.
The lead author, by submitting the abstract, warrants that the work is original and conforms to international ethical, academic, methodological, and scientific guidelines governing biomedical publications.
For all studies involving animals or human subjects, abstracts must include explicit documentation of approval from institutional bioethics committees or their recognized equivalents.
In the event that accepted work is not presented at the conference without prior notice, the lead or responsible author will be barred from presenting at the conference the following year.
